We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), harassment, or harmful behavior. These standards outline our comprehensive approach to safety and the tools we provide to protect our community.

Note: Tour Dost is designed for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or use our platform.

Age Restrictions & Verification

  • Minimum Age Requirement: All users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Tour Dost.
  • Age Verification: We use a combination of technological solutions and manual review processes to verify user ages and identify potential underage users.
  • Reporting Underage Users: If you encounter a user you suspect is underage, please report them immediately using our in-app reporting tools.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Tour Dost maintains a zero tolerance policy for the following behaviors:

  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
  • Sharing of sexually explicit content involving minors
  • Predatory behavior of any kind
  • Harassment, bullying, and hate speech
  • Sharing of illegal content
  • Any behavior that threatens the physical or mental well-being of our users

Violations of these policies will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

  • Human Moderation: Our dedicated safety team reviews reports and monitors platform activity.

How to Report Concerns

If you encounter any behavior that violates our safety policies:

  1. Use the "Report" button on the user's profile or in the chat interface
  2. Select the reason for your report from the provided options
  3. Provide any additional details that may assist our investigation
  4. Submit the report - our safety team will review it promptly

For urgent matters involving immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement first before reporting through our app.

Safety Tips for Users

  • Never share personal financial information with other users
  • Keep personal contact information private until you've established trust
  • Meet in public places for initial in-person meetings
  • Tell a friend or family member about your plans when meeting someone new
  • Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, remove yourself from the situation
  • Use the blocking feature freely if anyone makes you uncomfortable
